This cookbook truly has 51 plant-based meals almost anyone can prepare making it possible to enjoy delicious balanced meals throughout the week.
I especially love the beautiful colored pictures for each recipe with an accessible ingredient list, easy-to-follow instructions, and room for personal notes. My husband and I are big soup lovers, and we can’t wait to try the creamy tomato. Actually, it’s difficult to choose. Each of the recipes sound soooo yummy!

The recipes are super easy and yummy, can’t wait to try them all. I also love the area to add my notes for each recipe - that is really helpful because I like to modify recipes to my taste and give feedback for each one so that the next time I make it, I’ll remember the previous time. The paperback version is a little expensive at $27 and I was hesitant to pay that for it it, but I have to say it was totally worth it. The color photos are nice and the book feels very premium quality - Love it, you should buy it.
